The United States Capitol is the meeting place of the United States Congress and the Federal Government of the United States. It is located in Washington DC and is considered as a place of national importance. It is considered as a historic monument revealing the political history of US. Finally, after a year the design was approved by the government.

- Ground Floor- Committee rooms for various congressional leadership

- 1st Floor- Historic exhibitions are displayed

- 2nd Floor- Chambers of the house of the representatives and the Senate

- 3rd Floor- Access to the galleries from where one can witness the proceedings of the House and the Senate

- 4th Floor- Occupies by offices, machinery rooms, work-shops and support areas

- 5th floor- Offices and support areas
