American University, more popularly known as AU, is a private university in DC. It boasts of around 6,000 undergrads and more than 3900 grad students. Admissions to the American University:

There are different ways to apply to AU. Application for undergrads can be done online using the Prospective Student Portal. Paper copy application is also possible by downloading a copy of the Common Application. A processing fee of $60 is needed for all applications.
