Henry Clay Folger, the president of Standard oil of New York and his wife Emily Jordon Folger are the founders of The Folger Shakespeare Library. It is located in Washington DC near the state capitol building and is a prominent tourist attraction of Washington DC. This library is dedicated to the various master pieces of William Shakespeare's work. The library is best known for its 79 copies it holds of Shakespeare's work and is the third largest collection of English Books which where printed before the year 1641. The library exhibits the various paintings and Sculptures done by Shakespeare on his plays.
