Glen Echo Park is a magical place, and is located on the Potomac palisade in Glen Echo, Montgomery County, Maryland. This park is known for is Spanish Ballroom, historic carousel, its annual Washington Folk Festival, and electric street car.

This park also hosts arts, history, education, environmental programs. It is close to places like C&O canal and the Clara Barton. You can reach this park by a bus coming from the Bethesda Metro station.

You can take classes in glass art, painting, music, pottery, silversmithing or photography. You can even enjoy theater performance or a puppet show with your family and friends and take a ride to the carousel.

The park offers regular dance classes in contra, waltz, salsa, Polynesian dance, swing, belly dance, hip hop, modern dance, t'ai chi, hula hopping and more, and social dance events in the Spanish Ballroom and Bumper Car Pavilion.

Glen Echo has always been an attraction among the children. There are various activities for kids which include camps, play group, children's theater, exploring nature, making crafts, making a movie, puppet shows, becoming a writer, becoming a musician or dancer, and riding the famous Dentzel Carousel. Camps are organized in summer, winter and spring for children and teens by the resident groups.

There is also an adventure theater at Glen Echo Park in the Arcade building. This theater stages live productions of fairy tales, fables, popular stories, children's classics and musicals for children aged 4 and above. The theatre also offers workshops and drama classes.
