It is absolutely necessary to know how much it will cost to travel in the capital city of United States through the WMATA services during rush hours since the fare varies depending on the day and time of travel.

From Monday to Friday, the peak time is found to be between 5 am and 9.30 am. If you travel between 3 and 7 pm also you have to pay the rush hour rate. On Saturdays and Sundays, travelling till 2 pm will cost you the amount required for rush hours travel.
