At the Washington Dulles International Airport you can find foreign currency exchange at the Business Service Centers at the east and west ends of the ticketing level in the main terminal and in concourses B, C and D. The website for Dulles airport is http://www.mwaa.com/dulles/

There are also two Thomas Cook Foreign Exchanges in Concourse C and one in Concourse D.

Hours of operation at each location vary, but range from 7 a.m. until 9 p.m.
