District of Columbia Public Schools (DCPS) offers summer school programs for students in grades of K-12. These summer school programs are enriching, engaging and rigorous for students involving both enrichment and academic programs. For 2010, the summer program starts from 28th June to 6th August, 2010. The student's registration would take place from 16th March, 2010 to April 30th.

The summer school program timing for students from elementary schools is between 8 AM to 1 PM for Academic program and from 1 PM to 6PM for Enrichment program. In addition the DCPS offers summer school program for students belonging to K5, K6, K7 and K8 grades also.
