Rock Creek Park has a history of its own to tell and a very interesting story to tell.
The favourite and popular park attracts a huge number of visitors over 2 million per year. The trail covers a distance of 6.5 miles. The Ohia Drive is parallel to the southern terminus of the trail south Of Tidal Basin.
The trail covering 2.1 miles from Tidal basin to georgetown / C&O Canal consists of trail and side walk adjacent to Kennedy center and National Mall.
The prominent attraction is Connecticut Avenue of Rock Creek's bridge and cover the Zoological Park which is open only from Dawn to Dusk.
