Facts about Disability Rights Laws in the U.S
Federal civil rights laws are designed to provide ample and equal opportunities for disabled people. The Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) forbids the discrimination of people with disability for employment, government, commercial facilities, telecommunications, and transportation and so on.
The ADA protects the disabled in that it protects the individuals with mental or physical impairment from any sort of discrimination against them.
